My Story

Hi, my name is Graham Irwin. I own and manage a one stop shop Pre-Purchase Property Inspection business in the Northern Territory, carrying out property inspections from Darwin City to the rural area.
My inspections cover building, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, gas fitting and pest inspections in just one phone call and one appointment.
My inspections are independent and transparent with no conflict of interest as I do not offer quotes to buyers or repairs on any properties I inspect.
My main aim is to inspect a property and provide a factual unbiased report to a property buyer. Careful not to alarm them of small items which could be easily repaired and would not impact dramatically on buying a chosen property. Also, in the report summary I suggest cost effective ways that items of concern may possibly be easily repaired.
