Today I inspected a property in the Northern Suburbs purchased by first home buyers Lisa and Tom for $360,000 on approximately 750m2 with 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

Built in 1983, this property was showing signs of age, as do many properties of this type in Darwin. I performed a full inspection and found the following concerns which were raised with the buyers. Following my inspection, the buyers were able to get a better deal on the property, as the identified concerns needed urgent attention, and were going to cost good money to fix.
